Alexander Elementary PTO

HAVlife™ Johnson County provided $1,575 to help 6th graders design, paint, and install ten Little Free Libraries at southeast side locations, creating a legacy of community service and school pride among the students.

Any Given Child

HAVlife™ Johnson County provided $3,600 to give each district 7th and 8th grader an opportunity to experience "Disco Intervention" and to inspire and engage students who have never had the opportunity to dance.

Faith Academy

HAVlife™ Johnson County provided $3,000 to expand the music education program and fund music lessons, equipment, and instruments for all 5th grade students

Girls on the Run

HAVlife™ Johnson County provided $3,000 to fund full and partial scholarships for girls at eleven Johnson County schools.

Girls on the Run of Eastern Iowa

HAVlife™ Johnson County provided $5,000 to fund partial and full scholarships for 34 girls.

Girls Rock! Iowa City

HAVlife™ Johnson County provided $600 to allow additional campers to attend Girls Rock!, an event where girls learn about creativity, acceptance, and finding self-confidence within.

Grant Wood Elementary

HAVlife™ Johnson County provided $2,000 to fund registration and supply fees for children involved in gymnastics, martial arts, music camps, and swim lessons.

Grant Wood Elementary Music

HAVlife™ Johnson County provided $625 to purchase 50 t-shirts for the Grant Wood Anthem Choir.

Grant Wood Elementary School Family Resource Center

HAVlife™ Johnson County provided $1,000 to allow 3rd-6th graders to participate in after-school, community-based activities including music, athletics, and the arts.

Grant Wood Elementary School Music

HAVlife™ Johnson County provided $1,835 to purchase a sound system for inhouse general music concerts, assemblies, performances, the MLK celebration, an annual talent show, and an end of the year performance.

Grant Wood Elementary School Music

HAVlife™ Johnson County provided $2,807.74 to purchase ukuleles for use in Grant Wood Elementary music classes and the Grant Wood Anthem Choir.

IC Community School Foundation

HAVlife™ Johnson County provided $3,000 to cover the cost of tickets to a live Hancher event, allowing 1,071 8th grade students to be exposed to the performing arts.

IC Kickers Soccer Club

HAVlife™ Johnson County provided $1,500 to help cover fees for players attending South East Junior High School.

ICE Tackle Football Club

HAVlife™ Johnson County provided $2,250 to cover registration fees and provide full scholarships for players.

Iowa City Alliance Soccer Club

HAVlife™ Johnson County provided $7,000 to fund full and partial scholarships for club and uniform fees.

Iowa City Kickers Soccer Club

HAVlife™ Johnson County provided $1,000 to purchase uniforms and soccer equipment.

Iowa City Kickers Soccer Club

HAVlife™ Johnson County provided $450 to make the Kickers program available to students at South East Junior High during the 2016 fall season.

Lemme Elementary

HAVlife™ Johnson County provided $1,000 to offset the cost of summer athletic, music, and art camps and lessons for students.

Mark Twain Elementary

HAVlife™ Johnson County provided $2,500 to allow students to participate in art, music, and sports camps.

Mark Twain Elementary Resource Center

HAVlife™ Johnson County provided $1,250 to allow students to participate in after-school athletic, art and music programs.

North Liberty Youth Baseball/Softball Club

HAVlife™ Johnson County provided $1,000 to fund scholarships for students participating in baseball and softball.

South East Jr High Orchestra

HAVlife™ Johnson County provided $4,345 to purchase 11 violins for South East Junior High students wishing to participate in orchestra.

South East Junior High Athletics

HAVlife™ Johnson County provided $5,000 to replace current uniforms with quality, well-fitted new uniforms for every sport.

South East Junior High Band

HAVlife™ Johnson County provided $4,000 to purchase instruments for students wishing to participate in the band program. 

The Arc of South East Iowa

HAVlife™ Johnson County provided $3,000 to provide music therapy during their after-school camp. Participants will be exposed to instruments, sounds, song writing, and music collaboration.

The Domestic Violence Intervention Program

HAVlife™ Johnson County provided $2,500 to cover the cost of student’s monthly band and orchestra instrument rentals.

The Dream Center-Dream Divas

HAVlife™ Johnson County provided $500 to cover the cost for the Dream Divas to participate in various parades and dance competitions.

The Neighborhood Center

HAVlife™ Johnson County provided $5,480 to sustain the Youth Off-Road Riders youth cycling program.

The Neighborhood Centers of Johnson County

HAVlife™ Johnson County provided $3,104 to give two team members the opportunity to grow in the sport, experience camaraderie, and learn new skills.

United Action for Youth

HAVlife™ Johnson County provided $1,000 to fund scholarships for the School of the Arts program, in conjunction with the Arts Education Department at the University of Iowa.

United Action for Youth

HAVlife™ Johnson County provided $2,016 to purchase school supplies for 6th grade after-school art and music clubs at area elementary schools including: Grant Wood, Twain, Kirkwood, and Coralville Central.
